Two huge flowers with women, sourrounded by the pink clouds of sunset, carring a wonderful message and reminding of an important topic, peace.
In 1969 was taken a picture showing a red and white flower held by John Lennon and Yoko Ono during a bed-in for peace, as protest against wars. One of the nonviolent weeks took place in Amsterdam at the Hilton Hotel, the other in Montreal at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel and sang songs as ‘Give Peace a Chance’ (have a look and press the link! 🙂, which was recorded in the hotel room and ‘Remeber Love’, by Yoko.
