In 1969 was taken a picture showing a red and white flower held by John Lennon and Yoko Ono during a bed-in for peace, as protest against wars. One of the nonviolent weeks took place in Amsterdam at the Hilton Hotel, the other in Montreal at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel and sang songs as ‘Give Peace a Chance’, which was recorded in the hotel room and ‘Remeber Love’, by Yoko.
